Welcome to Geeks & Greeks! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of our handmade pixel art products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Geeks & Greeks website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products
All products are handmade from fused perler beads. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, bead placement, and finish are normal and expected. These variations are not defects — they make each piece unique. Product images are representative; your item may vary slightly from what is shown.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. In-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order and custom items require additional production time, which will be communicated to you. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement — see our Shop Policies page for details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. For full shipping details, please review our Shipping & Returns page. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo for a replacement or refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders require approval of a pixel mockup before production begins. Once you approve the mockup and production starts, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned. Pricing is based on bead count, size, and complexity, and is locked upon mockup approval. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product designs, photos, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Geeks & Greeks and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. Custom designs created for you are for personal use only and may not be resold or mass-produced.
9. Limitation of Liability
Geeks & Greeks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. User Conduct
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site to transmit harmful code, disrupt service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or provide false or misleading information when placing orders.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
