Shop Policies
Our guidelines for cancellations, repairs, exchanges, and general shop terms. We believe in transparency — no hidden rules, no fine print surprises.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing them, provided the item has not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns section. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Order Modifications
Need to change your shipping address, color preference, or product selection? Modifications are possible within 24 hours of ordering, as long as the item hasn't entered production. For made-to-order and custom pieces, modifications after production has started may not be possible. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Repairs
If a piece breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we'll repair or replace it free of charge — just send us a photo. For wear-and-tear damage or breakage after 30 days, we offer repair services at a reasonable fee. See our Restoration Services page for details on sending pieces in for repair.
Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Custom Order Terms
Custom orders require approval of a pixel mockup before production begins. Once approved and production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Custom pieces are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Pricing is quoted based on bead count, size, and complexity, and is locked in once you approve the mockup.
Product Variations
Every piece is handmade, which means slight variations in bead placement, color, and finish are normal and expected. These are not defects — they're what makes each piece unique. Product photos are representative, but your item may vary slightly from the image shown.
