USPS First Class
Used for key tags, jewelry, and lapel pins. Includes tracking.
2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail
Used for wall art and larger pieces. Includes tracking and insurance.
1-3 business days
▸ Processing Times
In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of your order.
Made-to-order items: Allow 1-2 weeks for production before shipping. A specific timeline will be provided with your order confirmation.
Custom orders: Typically 1-3 weeks depending on complexity. You'll receive a timeline before work begins.

▸ Returns Policy
Handmade & Final Sale
Because every piece is handmade and often made-to-order, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference variations in color or bead placement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing, contact us within 14 days and we'll file a claim with USPS and work toward a resolution.
